SDR (Semi Dry Reactor)
By spraying slaked lime slurry on the flue gas exhausted from the boiler or incinerator, the SOX is absorbed and processed. Due to heat of the flue gas, the reactant is dried and solid body produced. It has the advantage of both the dry and wet technique and an excellent removal rate.
It is appropriate for medium and small scale and a dust collector to remove the reactant products is installed.
By using the property of high emitting temperature of combustion exhaustion gas, by spraying in small amounts the slaked lime slurry on to the reactor, the retention time is sufficiently adjusted. By maintaining emitting temperature to above the dew point, it is a reactor that removes sulfur oxides, hydrogen chloride, dioxins and furan.
Using the centrifugal dust collector by preprocessing of SDR, with the purpose of piling up the reactant products after passing the reactor, the filter dust collector is installed as a follow-up device. The size of the reactor is designed so that the inflow gas is retained for 7 sec or more when using the slaked lime slurry and spray quantity adjusting control valve is used. By installing the filter dust collector, the pollutant removal rate of this reactor is 90% for hydrogen chloride, 72% for sulfur oxides, 99% for dioxins and furans. Thus it is an excellent system for dryness prevention facility of incinerator exhaust gas.

Processing Principle
-
-
-
- By spraying neutralizing agent liquid slaked lime (CA (OH) 2), air and water in the form of particles of tens and thousands of micrometer diameter through the nozzle, harmful gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCl), sulfur oxides (SO2), hydrogen fluoride (HF) and organic compounds (VOC) included in the combustion gas is absorbed, dried and given neutralizing reaction through absorption. It is classified into dust of solid reactant products and gas such as steam, falling to the lower part.
