Multi-stage Compound Deodorization Technology Outline
-
- What is an odor?
- An odor is a smell that gives displeasure and disgust by stimulating the smell of a person. This involves stimulant gaseous materials such as hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan types, ammonia and amino types.
-
- Compound Odors
- It is a method of cleaning the harmful gas by pressurizing and supplying water.
-
- Liquid Chemical Cleaning Method
- The liquid chemical cleaning method leads to chemical reaction with the cause of the odor and is an effective deodorization method that converts it to odorless or no odor material. An effective liquid chemical cleaning method is contacting most effectively the cause of the odor to the liquid chemical. A medicine selection appropriate for the reaction with the cause of the odor is needed.

- Compound Odor Material Classification
-
Acid hydrogen sulfide (H2S), methyl mercaptan (CH3SH) Alkalinity Ammonia (NH3), trimethylamine ((CH3)3N) Neutral dimethyl, disulfide ((CH3)2S2), metylu sulfide ((CH3)2S), acetaldehyde (Ch3CHO)
Structure and Principle
-
-
- Structure
-
- - The odor gas emitted from the air blower is transferred to the distribution room.
- - Passing the packed layer drenched by liquid chemical of the upper part of the distribution room, the odor gas reacts primarily and removes moisture after passing the demister.
- - The partially purified gas, which has reacted with the first liquid chemical, reacts with the second liquid chemical and is purified by passing the packing tower, which has contacted the second liquid chemical.
- - The demister installed at the upper part piles up mist from the purified gas.
- - The first liquid chemical is recycled in the lower part’s primary liquid chemical recycling facility and is supplied and rotated to the nozzle part through the circulating pump.
- - The second liquid chemical is recycled in the lower part’s primary liquid chemical recycling facility and is supplied and rotated to the package tower’s upper part nozzle through the circulating pump.

Characteristics and Application
-
- Characteristics
-
- · The most complete processing method of compound odor
- · Purification efficiency is very high due to single top’s multi-level purification.
- · It removes all odors that neutralize acids and alkalis.
- · When used in compound with oxidizing agents, neutral odors are removed too.
- · When treating waste liquid, a separate neutralizing device is not needed.
- · The installation area is at the minimum due to the single top structure.
- · The purification efficiency is not related to temperature or humidity.
- · When used mixing with stage 1 and 2 liquid chemical and hypochlorous acid soda (oxidizing agent), the deodorization effect can be increased.
-
- Application
-
- · High efficient deodorization of the occurrence location of the compound odor.
- · High efficient deodorization of the sewage and waste water treatment plant.
- · High efficient deodorization of the livestock and human waste plant.
- · High efficient deodorization of the food waste and composting facilities.
